Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning
- Plan content ideas and monthly content calendars under the guidance of the brand
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaign concepts
- Content Creation
- Produce engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns (photo, video, copywriting, voice-over, etc.)
- Shoot photos and videos using company equipment
- Create short-form video content (Reels / TikTok style)
- Editing & Brand Consistency
- Edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with brand tone and identity
- Maintain visual and storytelling consistency across all channels
- Social Media Support
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely uploads
- Monitor engagement and interact with followers professionally
- Support community engagement initiatives
- Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on content trends and platform updates
- Proactively suggest new creative ideas and formats
Requirements
- Able to shoot photos and videos independently using company equipment
- Skilled in video editing applications (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable being on camera
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive with high ownership and accountability
- Creative with a strong aesthetic sense
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Experience in content creation, filming, or editing is a plus
- Able to travel to offsite locations when required
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
