Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content ideas and creative concepts aligned with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and business objectives
- Produce visual and video content end-to-end, including shooting, editing, subtitling, and basic motion or effects
- Create content for multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels
- Write captions, scripts, and storyboards suitable for each platform and target audience
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic, and related teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
- Stay up to date with social media trends, content formats, and consumer behavior
- Track and review basic content performance metrics (e.g. views, reach, engagement) and apply insights to improve content quality
- Manage content files, assets, and basic shooting equipment to ensure readiness and organization
Qualifications:
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (any field)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Video Creator, or similar role
- Ability to independently ideate, shoot, and edit content
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of shooting techniques, lighting, framing, and storytelling
- Strong Thai writing skills for captions and scripts, suitable for social media (proficiency in English is a plus)
- Creative mindset with a strong interest in social media trends and digital content
- Nice to have
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or E-commerce industries
- Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content creation
- Ability to adapt content style to different platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Understanding of performance-driven content (engagement, conversion-focused content)

Working hours: 10:00-18:00
Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok
