We are looking for a visionary Social Media Content Creator to lead OLYA’s digital presence. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to produce high-end visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, developing and executing social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Lemon 8)
- Developing content and maintaining consistent voice and brand visual identity (clean, premium, aesthetic)
- Direct, shoot, and edit photography and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) that reflect the OLYA aesthetic.
- Creating voiceovers, scripts and storytelling hooks
- Write engaging, on-brand captions in both Thai and English.
- Publishing and scheduling posts using social media tools
- Support campaign shoots, product launches, collaborations and seasonal contents
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and confidently appearing in content when needed
- Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversion)
- Improve content based on performance analytics
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in content creation or brand management—specifically within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio or social media handle showcase is required
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.).
- Language: Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Good creative skills and enjoys executing creative content
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
Location: Ladprao, Bangkok
Salary: 18K-25K THB (Negotiable)
