About the Role:

• Social Diamond is a growing fine jewelry brand operating across Bangkok and Singapore.
• We create pieces that mark the most meaningful moments in our clients’ lives.
• We are looking for the face and voice of Social Diamond on Instagram and TikTok.
• You will be on camera regularly, in both Thai and English.
• You will also edit your own work. Concept, script, shoot, edit, publish.
• You run the full cycle without daily direction.
• There is a defined path to grow into Assistant Social Media Manager as you build a track record.

The role will support the Social Media Manager in executing Social Diamond’s social media strategy and maintaining a consistent, engaging, and presence across social platforms.
The ideal candidate is confident and comfortable in front of the camera, has a natural ability to connect with an audience, and enjoys creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you will help with content planning, filming, editing, publishing, community engagement, campaign execution, and day-to-day social media management.
The role is ideal for someone who is creative, energetic, social-media savvy, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced digital and lifestyle brand.

Reports to: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Camera Presence
  • Be the main on-camera face of Social Diamond across Instagram and TikTok
  • Present and speak naturally in both Thai and English
  • Build a recognisable presence audiences associate with the brand
• Content Creation
  • Own content from concept to published post
  • Produce a consistent weekly output of Reels, TikToks, and Stories
  • Bring original ideas rather than waiting for a brief
  • Write scripts, hooks, and captions in both languages
  • Shoot your own content, including basic lighting and product framing
• Video Editing
  • Edit your own video from raw footage to final export
  • Cut for hook, pacing, and retention in platform-native styles
  • Handle music, sound, and on-screen text in Thai and English
  • Colour correct so jewelry reads accurately on screen
  • Repurpose one shoot into multiple assets across platforms
  • Turn around event content fast, often same day
• Product and Brand Knowledge
  • Develop an understanding of the brand, our products, and diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, and use it to generate creative ideas
  • Speak about pieces credibly on camera
  • Check product claims are accurate before publishing
  • Secure consent before using client stories or imagery
• Campaigns, Events, and Travel
  • Create content for launches, pop-ups, showcases, and activations
  • Travel to Singapore for content shoots, as often as monthly
  • Schedules are shared in advance and rotate with other team members
  • Occasionally support the sales team during Singapore showcases
• Performance and Ownership
  • Track content performance and understand what worked and why
  • Feed insight into future content
  • Plan the calendar with the Social Media Manager and own execution independently
  • Manage your own deadlines and flag issues early

Requirements:

• Confident and natural on camera. Non-negotiable.
• Fluent Thai and English, spoken and written, and expressive on camera in both
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
• Able to take raw footage to a publish-ready edit on your own
• 2 or more years in content creation, social media, or a related field
• A portfolio of short-form video you concepted, filmed, edited, and appeared in
• Strong visual judgement and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, or beauty, and willingness to learn the product properly
• Self-directed, organised, and comfortable working without constant direction
• Willing to travel to Singapore for content shooting

Portfolios matter more to us than years of experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a presenter, host, or on-camera talent
• Experience with fine jewelry, luxury, fashion, or beauty brands
• Photography and lighting skills
• Motion graphics or animated text
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or TikTok analytics
