Perfect. We’re Garçon! — the agency behind scroll-stopping content for Spotify, Shake Shack, Topgolf, IHG, and much more. And we’re looking for a Content Strategist who’s ready to make waves.

As our new Content Strategist, you’ll work with our creative team (photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters) to shape bold brand identities and launch head-turning social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, LINE — you name it.
MISSIONS
- Develop fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas across social media platforms
- Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development
- Build brand voices and translate strategy into standout visuals + messaging
- Oversee monthly photoshoots (yes, you’ll be on set and in the action)
- Collaborate closely with our studio team to create killer content
- Maintain quality control over all assets
- Pitch creative strategies to clients and turn feedback into magic
- Ensure timelines and budgets are respected with production
- Oversee post-production, including editing, music, and final polish
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English & Thai, with top-notch writing and presenting skills
- Experienced: 2+ years as a content creator or art director (agency side, ideally)
- Organized, efficient, and good under pressure
- Obsessed with social trends, design, and storytelling
- Comfortable working on a production set, leading photographers, videographers, models etc.
- A team player with a strong eye and stronger opinions (bring them!)
