We are not looking for someone to ”make visuals based on a brief“ — but for a ”co-creator of AERA World‘s Visual Identity.“
This is a Founding Member level position working directly with both founders. In this stage, you will set the new visual standard for the entire brand. If you are passionate about crafting powerful imagery—whether doing it yourself or managing an external production team—we want you to help us create a masterpiece together.
Mission:
Define and create AERA’s Visual Identity to be unique and ”shout“ the brand identity across every touchpoint. You are the one holding the steering wheel of the brand’s image, both hands-on with daily work and wearing the Director‘s hat to manage external production teams for big projects.
90-Day Outcomes:
- Define the Unseen: Collaborate with the founders to extract the brand‘s DNA and turn it into a clear, actionable Visual Guideline / Mood & Tone.
- Daily Craftsmanship: Oversee and produce daily still images/videos to your established standards.
- Direct the Big Game: Begin managing and directing external production teams for key campaigns to scale our visual identity while maintaining high quality.
Work Details & Benefits:

- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, Flexible Hours (performance-based).

Workplace: At the AUTHENTIC ERA office, alternating with ”Work from Anywhere.“ – Phaya Thai, Bangkok
