Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual and video content across all digital platforms and understand how to shift the creative lens for different channels such as Instagram’s elevated aesthetic to TikTok’s fast-paced, high-energy format.
- Design daily graphic assets for social media usages, including Instagram posts, Stories, Reels covers, banners, announcements, and promotional materials including Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for online and offline usage.
- Schedule, plan and manage the content calendar.
- Stay updated on content trends and recommend new ideas to increase engagement for different channels.
- Coordinate content production, including photoshoots and video shoots to fit brand aesthetics.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Photo and Video Editing Skills
- Basic skills on Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator
- Growth mindset
- Ability to use AI tools
