Responsibilities:
- Create high-performing content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram Ads
- Develop strong hooks and thumb-stopping concepts within the first 3 seconds
- Write scripts, storytelling angles, and compelling CTAs for performance-driven content
- Research trends, viral content, and competitor ads to generate new creative ideas
- Analyze ad performance and optimize creatives based on insights and data
- Conduct A/B testing on hooks, formats, messaging, and selling angles
- Collaborate closely with Media Buyers, Video Editors, and the Marketing team
- Understand customer pain points, buyer psychology, and consumer behavior
- Produce content focused on driving engagement, clicks, and conversions
- Continuously improve creative performance to achieve better CTR, ROAS, and CPA
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, creative marketing, or related fields
- Experience in TikTok Ads, Performance Marketing, or E-commerceΒ
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Understands how to create content that drives sales, not just engagement
- Strong skills in hooks, storytelling, retention, and call-to-action strategies
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas quickly
- Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, Watch Time, CPA, and ROAS
- Familiar with current social media trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands is preferred
- Able to use tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
- Portfolio showcasing previous content or ad creatives is preferred
