Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan creative conceptual frameworks aligned with project objectives, brand direction, and target audiences.
  • Define and establish the overall mood, tone, and creative & design direction for each project to ensure a cohesive and distinctive experience.
  • Translate creative concepts and narratives into clear creative strategies that deliver impactful and memorable event experiences.
  • Conduct relevant research, trend analysis, and creative exploration to support concept development tailored to each project’s specific needs.
  • Design creative materials and spatial concepts that support various event activities, installations, and experiences.
  • Prepare and present creative concepts, design proposals, and visual materials in professional presentation formats for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. production, operations, marketing, and project management) to coordinate and manage design development from initial concept through on-site execution.
  • Ensure all creative concepts and design deliverables are completed accurately and within the timeline.
  • Maintain design quality and consistency across all creative outputs throughout the project.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in creative design for events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, or equivalent design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and passion for creating impactful experiences.
