หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาสินค้า Sport / Activewear ให้ทันสมัย คล่องตัว และสอดคล้องกับ Brand Identity
- พัฒนา Concept, Color, Material, Silhouette และ Product Details ของแต่ละ Collection
- ออกแบบโดยคำนึงถึง Function & Performance เช่น Stretch, Quick Dry, Breathability และ Lightweight
- จัดทำ Sketch, Technical Drawing และ Spec Sheet สำหรับการผลิต
- คัดเลือกและพัฒนา Fabric, Material และ Trims ให้เหมาะกับ Design, Function และ Cost
- พัฒนา Pattern, Fit, Construction และ Sample ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Research และติดตาม Sport, Activewear, Fashion และ Lifestyle Trends รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ Competitor และ Consumer Insight
- ทำงานร่วมกับ Merchandise, Art Director, Marketing, Content, Graphic และ Production
- ตรวจสอบและปรับแก้ Sample / Fitting ให้พร้อมสำหรับ Production
- บริหาร Project & Timeline เพื่อให้สามารถ Launch Collection ได้ตามกำหนด
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Fashion Design, Textile Design หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Fashion / Sport / Activewear Design 2–5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Activewear Function, Fabric, Pattern, Fit และ Garment Construction
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Performance Fabric เช่น Stretch, Quick Dry, Breathability, Lightweight และ UV Protection
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานออกแบบได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เข้าใจ Fashion / Sport / Lifestyle Trends และสามารถพัฒนา Concept ใหม่ ๆ ได้
- สามารถทำ Sketch, Technical Drawing และ Spec Sheet ได้
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม Merchandise, Marketing, Production และ Creative ได้ดี
