We are seeking a highly driven and skilled menswear assistant designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and craftsmanship, with the expertise and creativity to assist bringing our vision to life. You will work closely with the creative direction team while overseeing the day-to-day processes required to bring the menswear collections from concept to final product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing menswear collections in alignment with Sanea’s creative direction and brand vision
- Create sketches, technical drawings, CADs, and presentation materials to communicate design concepts
- Research trends, fabrics, trims, techniques, to support seasonal collection planning
- Source fabrics, materials, and trims while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate sampling, fit sessions, garment revisions, and production follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Organize and maintain design files, technical packs, specifications, and production documentation
- Assist with photoshoots, styling, fittings, and product preparation to ensure collections are presented according to the brand vision
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the design team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong experience in menswear design, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
- Excellent understanding of fabrics, materials, and garment construction
- Proficiency in sketches, CADs, and technical drawings; pattern-making skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English
- Ability to interpret and implement a clear brand vision across collections
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
