We’re looking for a Mid Level Designer ready to run their own projects with minimal hand-holding. Someone who takes a brief, builds it into a strong concept, and only needs direction, not correction.
This isn’t a UX/UI designer position.
About you:

Key Responsibilities:
- Take a brief independently and develop it into a complete concept
- Run day-to-day project execution with light Senior oversight
- Join client meetings and contribute directly, not just observe
- Handle client revisions and feedback rounds without losing the idea
- Give informal guidance to Junior/Intern designers
- Collaborate with copywriters and photographers where relevant
