We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can read a client before they finish the brief. Someone who closes complex work fast, earns client trust as an expert, and pushes the team’s craft forward.
This isn’t a UX/UI designer position.
About you:

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full brief-to-final-solution process on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Read client DNA fast and translate it into a compelling range of concepts
- Lead client-facing meetings, including live problem-solving and negotiation in the room
- Coach Junior and Mid designers: give logical feedback, spot what’s missing in a project before it becomes a problem
- Manage other people’s time, not just your own. Advise on how many hours each stage should take and sequence work so presentations land complete
- Bring new trends and tools to the team, always with the project’s forward motion in mind
- Collaborate with copywriters and photographers where relevant
