Job Details:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to develop commercially viable pet fashion collections aligned with brand positioning
- Plan and execute annual collection roadmaps, including themes, categories, pricing, and seasonal launches
- Design pet fashion products and accessories (for pets and owners) balancing aesthetics, functionality, cost, and sell-through potential
- Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and freelancers to develop prototypes and ensure production feasibility and quality standards.
- Work closely with Merchandising to align designs with pricing, margin targets, and launch timelines
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to refine future collections
- Maintain product specifications and development documentation
