Responsibilities:
- Design and develop collections from initial concept through to finished ready-to-wear product
- Research and analyse fashion trends both local and international and translate them into a clear Design Direction
- Prepare Mood Boards, Sketches, and Tech Packs for the production team
- Select fabrics and materials; liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal and external craft teams
- Oversee fittings and revise designs and garments to meet the brand’s quality standards
- Collaborate on Collection Timelines and deliver work on schedule
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams on collection presentation
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in Ready-to-Wear design
- Software: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D (or equivalent)
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of garment production, pattern making, and garment construction
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Able to ensure finished products are executed in line with the original design concept Open to feedback and committed to continuous self-development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ออกแบบและพัฒนาคอลเลกชันตั้งแต่ต้นแบบจนถึงสินค้าวางจําหน่าย (ready-to-wear)
- วิเคราะห์เทรนด์แฟชั่นทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อนํามาต่อยอดเป็น Design Direction
- จัดท่า Mood Board, Sketch และ Tech Pack สําหรับทีมผลิต
- คัดเลือกผ้าและวัสดุ ประสานงานกับ Supplier และโรงงานการผลิต ทีมช่าง ทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- ดูแล Fitting และปรับแก้แบบและสินค้าให้ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพของแบรนด์
- ร่วมวางแผน Collection Timeline และส่งมอบงานได้ตรงตามกรอบเวลาที่กําหนด
- ประสานงานกับทีม Marketing และ Creative ในการนําเสนอคอลเลกชัน
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาออกแบบแฟชั่น สิ่งทอ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ : มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบ Ready-to-Wear อย่างน้อย 2 – 4 ปี
- ทักษะ: สามารถใช้ Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop และ CLO 3D (หรือโปรแกรมเทียบเท่า)
- ความรู้: เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตเสื้อผ้า pattern making และ garment construction
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและการทํางานร่วมกับทีม
- สามารถควบคุมดูแลงานให้เป็นไปตามแบบร่างที่นําเสนอ
- เปิดรับ Feedback และพร้อมพัฒนาตัวเอง
