About the Role
Pastel Hospitality Group is seeking a creative and experienced Photographer & Videographer to lead the creation of premium content across our vibrant hospitality brands: Pastel Rooftop and Mami Rose.
You will work closely with the Management and the Marketing Team on creative direction, storytelling, and content strategy. From shooting immersive videos to capturing elegant images, you will be in charge of building our visual universe and ensuring each piece resonates with the spirit of our brand: elegant, festive, luxurious, and tasteful.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for events, venues, F&B, team lifestyle, and campaigns
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Marketing Team on art direction and visual planning
- Propose innovative and creative ideas for storytelling, campaign visuals, and short-form videos
- Handle end-to-end editing: color grading, sound design, transitions, pacing — for both photography and video
- Produce social media content, ads, and brand assets aligned with current trends
- Manage your own shoots, lighting, and equipment (equipment can be provided)
- Occasionally shoot during events or evenings to capture real-time energy and ambiance
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across platforms and formats
Profile We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in photography and videography (hospitality or lifestyle is a strong plus)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite or equivalent editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and luxury branding
- Up-to-date with trends in content creation, video storytelling, and social media formats
- Proactive, passionate, and confident in taking creative initiative
- Interest in the hospitality, nightlife, fashion, or luxury lifestyle industry
- Able to work both independently and as part of a young, fast-moving team
- Flexible work hours (some evenings and weekends may be required depending on shoots)

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB
