Job Summary:
This role leads the creative process from concept to production, ensuring that every product and packaging detail embodies PANPURI’s philosophy of mindful luxury, where aesthetics, function, and purpose coexist in harmony.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the manager translates brand values into tangible design experiences that elevate customer connection, reinforce brand storytelling, and reflect PANPURI’s commitment to timeless beauty and conscious craftsmanship.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction & Design Management
- Lead concept development for new products and packaging, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends.
- Translate brand DNA and marketing strategy into tangible, creative design outcomes.
- Develop design guidelines, mood boards, material selections, and visual prototypes.
- Oversee packaging structure, material choice, and sustainability direction.
- Project Management
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple design projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product Development, Marketing, Retail, and Communication to ensure smooth workflow from ideation to production.
- Supervise and review work from internal design teams or external agencies.
- Monitor sample development and provide detailed feedback for improvements.
- Production & Quality Control
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure packaging accuracy, color fidelity, and finish quality.
- Conduct press checks and pre-production sample reviews.
- Ensure all materials comply with brand, technical, and sustainability standards.
- Brand & Market Insight
- Stay updated on market trends, material innovations, and packaging technologies.
- Support cross-functional projects that strengthen product storytelling and brand positioning.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide the design team to ensure quality output and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment within the team.
Qulifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Product Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in product and packaging design, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or luxury lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of materials, structure design, finishing techniques, and sustainable packaging innovations.
- Proven ability to translate brand philosophy and storytelling into tangible, high-quality design outcomes.
- Experienced in managing the full design process from ideation, prototyping, supplier coordination to final production.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D visualization tools (Rhino, Keyshot, Blender, etc.).
- Excellent aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and sensitivity to brand identity.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passionate about craftsmanship, sensory experience, and sustainable design.
