PAÑPURI | Aromatic & Wellness Brand
Job Summary:
This role supports the creative and technical development of product packaging from concept through production. The designer works closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional teams to bring PANPURI’s philosophy of mindful luxury into tangible packaging solutions.
The position focuses on translating brand direction into refined packaging design, ensuring every structural and graphic detail reflects aesthetics, functionality, and conscious craftsmanship
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Packaging Design & Execution
- Support development of packaging concepts aligned with brand direction
- Execute structural and graphic design based on approved guidelines
- Prepare mood boards, mockups, and basic technical drawings
- Assist in material and finishing selection with guidance
- Artwork & Production Support
- Develop and adapt artwork across packaging formats
- Prepare print-ready files with attention to detail
- Support pre-press checks (dielines, colors, layout accuracy)
- Revise files based on feedback from senior team or suppliers C. Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to execute design requirements Support project timelines and deliverables
- Research & Growth
- Stay updated on trends, materials, and sustainability
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
Qulifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in packaging or related design work (beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus)
- Basic understanding of packaging structure, dielines, materials, and printing processes
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Able to prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with pre-press requirements and production workflow (with guidance)
- Interest in materials, finishes, and sustainable packaging solutions
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a team environment
- Comfortable using English for work communication (emails, basic coordination)
- Familiarity or experience with 3D or mockup tools (e.g., Rhino, Blender, KeyShot) is a plus
