Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Creative Interior Design: Conceptualize and develop material boards and space plans for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Bespoke Product Development: Design and sketch custom lighting fixtures, managing technical specifications and material selection for production.
- Visualization & Drafting: Produce high-fidelity 3D renderings with a focus on sophisticated lighting effects and prepare precise technical drawings for installation.
- International Coordination: Liaise with global suppliers and clients to manage design specifications and project requirements seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in Interior Design or bespoke product development.
- Technical Proficiency:
- 3ds Max: Expert-level lighting setup and high-quality rendering.
- AutoCAD: Proficient in floor plans and intricate technical detailing.
- Photoshop: Skilled in professional presentations and visual retouching.
- Language: Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken) for professional international correspondence.
- Lighting Knowledge: A foundational understanding of lighting design (CCT, CRI, Lumens) and atmospheric creation is a distinct advantage.
- Attributes: Highly organized, punctual, and a proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Eligibility: Thai citizen, aged 27β32 years.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design or related fields
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Interior Design or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken)
- Passion for luxury, wellness, lifestyle, and branding
- Resourceful, creative, trendy, and enthusiastic about aesthetics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Service-minded with high energy and a proactive approach
- Thai citizen only
