TOO DESIGN & CONSULTANT | Architectural & Interior Design Studio
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design projects from Concept Design, 3D Design, Material Selection to Construction Documents
- Create design solutions that respond to function, budget, client requirements, and brand direction
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and construction teams
- Conduct site visits to survey existing conditions, collect project information, and review site progress against the approved design
- Review drawings, material details, and site work to ensure alignment with the approved design
- Present design concepts clearly and professionally to clients
- Guide and support Junior Designers within the project team
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design
- Strong understanding of the interior design process, construction details, and built-in furniture work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
- Rhino, Revit, and D5 Render are software currently used by the company. Experience with these programs will be considered an advantage
- Understanding and use of AI tools for design development, presentation, or workflow improvement is encouraged and will be considered an advantage
- Professional English communication skills for meetings, presentations, emails, and client coordination
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio must be attached to the application for review.
