Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead design concepts for pop-up, kiosk, flagship store, and event projects.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and production teams.
- Review design drawings and ensure accuracy before production and installation.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and decorative elements.
- Support and guide junior designers throughout the design process.
- Monitor project progress, solve design issues, and conduct site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pop-up, kiosk, retail, event, or interior design projects.
- Strong ability to develop creative concepts and overall design direction.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of materials, furniture, finishes, and fabrication processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple projects.
