Key Responsibilities:

    • Review material samples, colorways, and finishes to ensure design accuracy
    • Troubleshoot design or production challenges while maintaining product quality and brand standards
  • Packaging Design

      • Cards
      • Gift sets
    • Develop dielines, material specifications, and finishing guides for suppliers
    • Ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and enhances the unboxing experience
    • Collaborate with vendors to produce accurate mock-ups and final packaging samples
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team on product storytelling, photoshoots, and campaign visuals
    • Liaise with external suppliers, factories, and packaging vendors
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure designs meet business timelines and cost targets
    • Partner actively with the Jewelry Designer to maintain consistency, share insights, and strengthen the overall product portfolio
    • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary team members to develop cohesive design systems connecting jewelry and non-jewelry categories
    • Adapt designs according to production limitations while maintaining design integrity and brand standards
    • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment through open communication and teamwork
  • Trend & Market Research
    • Stay updated on design and lifestyle trends, seasonal color palettes, and material innovation
    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities for YVIS’s next product direction

Qualifications:

(bags, home décor, packaging, or accessories preferred)

  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging development
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics, color harmony, and tactile design details
  • Ability to balance creativity and practicality while ensuring production feasibility
