Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize own work and team’s work systematically.
• Communicate, maintain, and foster good relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Receive client briefs, interpret requirements, and delegate tasks to the team in a detailed and organized manner. Be knowledgeable and strategic.
• Provide consultancy on brand building and corporate identity design to clients and interested parties.
• Attend client meetings, collaborate with sales to present and sell work or project plans.
• Conduct brand research and gather relevant data related to brand design.
• Analyze brand-building strategies, such as design analysis, competitor reviews, and others.
• Define concepts and directions for brand design for the Graphic Design team.
• Coordinate with the Creative team to create works that meet objectives.
• Explore new design or branding approaches to present to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (special consideration for design or arts majors).
• 1-2 years of experience in advertising or branding (previous work in agencies or studios is a plus).
• Leadership qualities with strong decision-making and communication skills, punctual and responsible.
• Good understanding of Corporate Identity and other design aspects.
• Proficient in presentation software such as Keynote, Canva.
• Creative thinker with storytelling skills, adept at developing concepts and narratives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good listener and communicator, willing to give and receive feedback, providing excellent consultancy to clients and team members.
• Enthusiastic, diligent, continuously learning about branding, design, and new trends.
• Good personal image, trustworthy appearance, socially adept, and well-dressed.
• Positive thinker, adaptable to others quickly, fun, sociable, good conversationalist, friendly demeanor, smiles often.
• Confident in one’s abilities, ready to develop and improve oneself daily.
• Able to face various types of clients, mentally strong, able to handle pressure.

• Hybrid Work: Work from the office from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 3 days / Work from anywhere for 2 days.Team Commission every month (based on company performance)
