Location: Bangkok, Thailand. Flexible working locations in office and at outlets
Work Days: Monday – Friday 

Responsibilities:
As OKONOMI’s Entertainment & Community Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in shaping the OKONOMI experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Understanding:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the OKONOMI brand, its essence, and unique positioning both in consumer and industry settings.
    • Facilitate the planning and execution of relevant events and activations, such as workshops and family+kids related events, aligning with OKONOMI’s authentic identity.
  • Event Curation:
    • Plan and organize monthly events that resonate with OKONOMI’s community and Customer Retention Management (CRM) goals.
    • Support and ensure seamless execution of workshops, events, and catering services, enriching our customer experience.
  • Budget & Financial Management:
    • Ability to grasp budgets and work within them, while collectively working towards financial goals
    • Collaborate with the finance team on invoicing, purchase requests, and purchase orders
  • Collaboration & Marketing:
    • Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to align OKONOMI events with overall marketing goals.
    • Embody the brand when communicating with customers on social channels, and work alongside operations and front of house teams to create a seamless customer experience online and offline.
    • Work alongside Social Media Manager to support monthly content pushes across all OKONOMI digital properties (Line OA, Instagram, Facebook, Web)
    • The Entertainment & Community Coordinator is an essential part of the marketing team. They must possess the ability to collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively within a team. The Marketing Team consists of the Group Marketing Manager, Graphic Design, Social Media, and Photography
  • Performance Monitoring & Development:
    • Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager to establish attainable and measurable KPIs.
    • Continuously measure and enhance KPIs, focusing on event-related metrics, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Highly creative with proficiency in marketing research and an understanding of customer behavior
  2. Effective planning skills, excellent coordination and project management abilities 
  3. A knack for process improvement with initiative and proactiveness
  4. An interest Bangkok’s Food & Beverage industry, with basic understanding of dining out culture
  5. Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with marketing, finance, and operations teams.
  6. Strong communication and time management skills.
  7. Written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Working experience in digital marketing, project management, or events, particularly within the industry is advantageous

Reporting: The Entertainment Programming and Events Manager will report directly to the Group Marketing Manager.
