What does a Sr. Brand Designer do at Un-titled Lab? As a member of our Brand Lab, you will lead our team in various design projects from concept to completion, such as identity design, graphic design, illustration, packaging design, print design, collateral design, to environment design. You will work collaboratively with our leadership, colleagues, external partners, and clients to design and deliver exceptional brand experiences with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branding & Design Strategy
- Address opportunities and challenges to encourage stunning design strategy and input them into the creative process.
- Work with our multidisciplinary team to align visual brand elements with overall brand strategy and client brief; brand’s core values, mission, target audience, strategic positioning and messaging for each client.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling and shape concepts using creative and innovative thinking.
- Design Development
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, mock ups, and prototypes.
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive concepts and develop unique visual brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to apply standard design principles and deliver distinctive & memorable, simple, and appropriate designs.
- Deliver High-Quality Design and Brand Experience
- Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and insights, incorporating them into design revisions.
- Design various brand assets with expertise and technical knowledge, such as illustrations, brand identity, prints, packaging, website, and environment.
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, to maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables/platforms and ensure only the best work is delivered to the client.
- Design Leadership and Mentorship
- Present and discuss brand design concepts and ideas with clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Provide advice, support, and guidance for the clients, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the high quality of both digital and print design.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
- Support junior team members with design and skill advice to achieve exceptional outcomes and maintain brand consistency, fostering their growth and development within the team.

- Collaborate with the Creative Director and contribute to our consultancyβs creative vision and direction.
- Collaborate in creative meeting and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, techniques, skills, as well as, methodologies in the industry.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to fluidly adapt your approach to fit the project and team needs and constraints.
- Support Un-titled Labβs business development activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs or Master degree in graphic design, communication, branding, architecture, or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Brand Designer or in a similar leadership role, with a robust portfolio showcasing your strategic brand design expertise.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Design thinking and the ability to translate brand values into captivating visual designs.
- Proficiency with design skills, including layouts, identity, graphic illustration, typography, print, and packaging.
- Proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and others.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts convincingly to clients and team members.
