Most people walk into a store and feel something, without knowing why. You’re the one who designs that feeling.
The Role:
As Senior Retail Experience Designer, you’ll lead how ANANTA is expressed in every physical space. From boutique floors to pop-up installations, from campaign rollouts to the smallest in-store detail that makes a customer pause. You own the standard of what our retail world looks and feels like.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead the overall retail experience across all ANANTA boutiques
- Set and maintain in-store visual standards for product presentation, styling, displays, and brand environment
- Translate brand and campaign direction into retail execution, coordinated across all locations
- Lead physical execution of brand experiences including pop-ups, events, and activations
- Oversee physical brand touchpoints: signage, fixtures, display materials, and branded environments
- Manage store design projects in collaboration with external designers, suppliers, and fabricators
- Coordinate across brand, creative, marketing, and retail operations teams
- Oversee timelines, production, installation, and quality control from planning through execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in retail design, visual merchandising, or brand environment. Luxury or premium brand experience is a strong plus
- A sharp eye for how space, light, and detail shape the way a brand is perceived
- Ability to translate a brand direction into a physical, tangible experience
- Strong project management skills, comfortable running multiple projects across timelines and stakeholders
- Experience working with external agencies, fabricators, and vendors
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to execute without losing the brand vision
