Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, content driven Content Creator to grow Garmenti through engaging, high performing content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Execution
    • Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA, and other channels
    • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand identity, product launches, and campaigns
    • Create and execute short form content independently including Reels, TikTok, Stories, lifestyle, product, behind the scenes, and daily brand moments
    • Plan and execute content shoots including styling, setup, and storytelling
  • Content Creation & On Camera Presence
    • Confidently appear on camera and create engaging, personality driven content
    • Produce content that feels natural, relatable, and aligned with Garmenti’s brand tone
    • Stay updated on trends and adapt them to fit the brand in a relevant way
  • Copywriting & Communication
    • Write captions, hooks, scripts, and broadcast messages that connect emotionally with the audience
    • Ensure all messaging is consistent with Garmenti’s brand voice
  • Platform Management & Community Building
    • Publish and manage content across all platforms consistently
    • Engage with audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build an active community
    • Maintain a strong and cohesive visual identity across all channels
  • Performance & Optimization
    • Analyze content performance including reach, engagement, and conversion signals
    • Continuously optimize content based on insights and results
    • Understand what works and apply learnings to future content
  • Live & Sales Support
    • Support live selling sessions including content preparation, storytelling, and product highlighting
    • Create content that supports both brand building and conversion
  • Cross Team Collaboration
    • Coordinate with internal teams including founder, graphic designer, photographer, and marketing team to ensure smooth execution
    • Align content with product launches, campaigns, and sales periods

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media content creation
  • Confident in shooting and editing content using a mobile phone
  • Strong sense of fashion, lifestyle, aesthetics, and storytelling
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and expressing ideas clearly
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance driven thinking
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage content from idea to execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Detail oriented, responsible, and reliable
  • Good command of English, fluent is a plus

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Experience in fashion, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • A strong portfolio especially short form video content is required
  • Experience in both content planning and hands on production is a plus
