Job descriptions:
- Developing and executing social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Tiktok and Xiaohongshu)
- Shooting, editing, and curating photos and short videos that reflect PHKA’s design and project work
- Crafting thoughtful captions and maintaining consistent voice and visual identity
- Planning content themes tied to project launches, studio activities, and seasonal storytelling
- Publishing, and if possible, scheduling posts using social tools
- Liaising with external photographers and collaborators to document key projects and installations
- Curating, organising, and maintaining a structured archive of PHKA visual materials for ongoing and future use
- Monitoring engagement and assisting with community interactions and reporting
- Reporting to Directors
Qualifications:
- Degree or background in visual communication, design, media, marketing, or related creative field
- Experience creating and managing content for social media (portfolio or examples required)
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and basic editing (mobile and desktop with Adobe softwares)
- Familiarity with social platforms and trends, especially Instagram, Tiktok and Xiaohongshu
- Ability to craft visual narratives that reflect a design-driven and concept-led studio ethos
- Organized, proactive, and able to plan content schedules independently
- Good communication skills in English
