Since opening its first Selektiv flagship in 2012, the company has become one of Thailand’s most respected curators of premium and investment-grade footwear and accessories. Selektiv is a multi-label concept store carrying international names like ASICS, Birkenstock, New Balance, and On Running, while Curated & Co. holds exclusive and authorised distribution for heritage shoemakers including Carmina, Berwick 1707, and Paraboot.
The way we work is what sets us apart. We are building a modern, AI-forward content and marketing operation, where creative work is treated as a system, not a series of one-offs. That means real tools in your hands, shoot days and editing blocks that are protected rather than interrupted, and a team that values consistency and momentum over last-minute chaos.
Role & Responsibilities This is an end-to-end production role requiring a systems mindset (batch production).
- Content Creation: Plan, script, shoot, and independently edit short-form videos across 3 brands. Must act as an on-camera host/presenter for talking-head content.
- Workflow & AI: Utilize AI tools (Claude, CapCut AI) to accelerate ideation, rough cuts, and subtitling. Manage a highly organized digital asset library.
- Optimisation & Copy: Edit for platform-specific performance (hooks, pacing). Write engaging captions tailored to each brand’s voice.
- KPIs: Minimum 15 short-form clips + 1 long-form video per month. 1-3 day turnaround per clip.
Qualifications
- Native Thai, intermediate+ English.
- Comfortable and confident presenting on-camera.
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of end-to-end shoot-to-publish workflows.
- Portfolio Required: Must include links to live short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, Shorts) with visible performance metrics/analytics.
Salary & Benefits (THB 25,000+ to 35,000+ / month)
- Base Salary: TBC based on experience.
- Monthly Allowances: THB 8,500 (if 15-clip KPI met) + THB 2,000 (Attendance) + THB 1,000 (Travel).
- Uncapped Incentives: THB 500 for every qualifying clip from clip 16 onward (Requires 10k Views, 250 Likes, 150 Saves, OR 150 Shares within 48hrs).
- Perks: Mac PC, full studio/camera kit, Adobe Suite provided. Sat/Sun off, 15-16 public holidays, 6 days annual leave after probation. Social Security. Brands Discount.
Contract Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Bangkok, BTS Ekkamai)
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00β18:00 (7 hrs work, 1 hr break)
- Probation: 2 months | Start Date: Immediate / within 45 days
