    • Innovation Lab: Research and pilot innovative materials, digital integrations (e.g., AR/VR in-store), and sustainable display practices to keep PAÑPURI at the forefront of luxury retail innovation.
  • Flagship & Special Boutique Management (SongWat)
    • Flagship Stewardship: Serve as the dedicated VM Lead for the Song Wat flagship boutique, ensuring it operates as the global benchmark for brand expression, customer journey, and visual excellence.
    • Boutique Activation Leadership: Design and oversee exclusive, high-touch VM activations and window narratives specifically for Song Wat and other key special boutiques, tailoring global campaigns to fit the unique architectural and cultural context of these locations.
    • Experience Curation: Collaborate with Retail and Hospitality teams to curate bespoke in-store experiences, art installations, and sensory journeys within flagship environments that elevate the brand’s luxury positioning.
    • Strategic VM Pop-up Design: Lead the creative direction and execution of VM for Pop-up stores as a key component of PAÑPURI’s brand identity, ensuring these transient spaces reflect the same luxury standards as permanent boutiques.

    • Global Education Rollout: Create digital and physical learning modules (videos, manuals, workshops) to educate store teams on new campaign narratives, product storytelling, and display techniques.
    • Field Coaching: Conduct regular regional market visits to audit stores, provide hands-on coaching to local teams, and identify training gaps to improve in-store execution consistency.
  • VM Concept Development & Storytelling
    • Narrative Development: Lead the creation of seasonal VM concepts and storytelling arcs that align with PAÑPURI’s brand DNA and business strategy, ensuring every display tells a cohesive story.
    • Global Guidelines: Evolve global VM guidelines and display principles annually, ensuring they remain relevant across diverse markets while maintaining strict brand consistency.
    • Presentation Excellence: Create high-impact VM presentations and direction materials to align internal stakeholders and external partners on the seasonal vision.
  • VM Execution & Project Leadership
    • End-to-End Oversight: Oversee VM projects from strategic concept to final implementation, ensuring excellence in visual execution, timeline adherence, and budget control across all markets.
    • Technical Briefing: Develop detailed VM briefs and technical guidelines for local teams, vendors, and production partners to ensure accurate translation of design intent.
    • Risk Management: Anticipate risks in production and installation, proactively managing challenges to ensure seamless rollout of campaigns and window displays.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Control
    • Brand Guardianship: Safeguard the integrity of PAÑPURI’s brand identity across all VM touchpoints, acting as the final authority on visual approval for key markets.
    • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular VM audits and store visits (physical or virtual) to ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail, issuing corrective action plans where necessary.
    • Continuous Improvement: Refine VM guidelines based on project learnings, sales feedback, and market insights to continuously elevate standards.
