หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- Visual Merchandising Execution
- ดำเนินงาน Visual Merchandising ตาม VM Guideline และ Brand Direction ของแต่ละแบรนด์
- ดูแลการจัด Display, Product Presentation และ Signage ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- วางแผนและดำเนินการ Refresh Display ตามรอบที่กำหนด
- สนับสนุน VM Manager ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงแนวทางการจัดร้าน
- Store Standard & Store Visit
- ตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน Visual Merchandising ของแต่ละสาขา
- จัดทำ VM Checklist และลงพื้นที่ตรวจร้าน
- ให้คำแนะนำแก่ Store Manager และทีมหน้าร้าน พร้อมติดตามการแก้ไข
- สรุปปัญหาและรายงานผลการตรวจร้านให้ VM Manager
- Campaign, Seasonal & New Store
- ดำเนินการจัด Display สำหรับ New Collection, Seasonal, Sale, Promotion, Pop-up และ Event
- ดูแลการ Set-up Visual Merchandising สำหรับร้านเปิดใหม่ ย้ายพื้นที่ และ Renovation
- Product Presentation & Commercial VM
- ดูแล Product Zoning, Product Placement และ Total Look ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละสาขา
- ปรับ Display ตามสินค้า Best Seller, Slow-moving, Stock Level และสถานการณ์การขาย
- ติดตามผลและ Feedback หลังการปรับ Display
- เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง Product Presentation และ Display ให้ VM Manager
- VM Asset & Supplier Coordination
- ดูแล Display, Props, Mannequin และ Signage ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
- ประสานงาน Supplier ในการผลิต จัดส่ง และติดตั้งงาน VM
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงานและติดตาม Timeline
- Store Communication & Cross-functional Coordination
- สื่อสาร VM Guideline และ Display Instruction ให้ทีมหน้าร้าน
- Training และให้คำแนะนำ Store Manager และพนักงานขายในการรักษามาตรฐาน Display
- ประสานงานร่วมกับ VM Manager, Art Director, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Operation, Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfillment และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Team & Operation Support
- สนับสนุน VM Manager ในการวางแผนและติดตามงานของทีม
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานหน้างานในช่วง Campaign Change, Store Set-up และ New Store Opening
- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นและรายงานประเด็นสำคัญให้ VM Manager ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Marketing, Arts หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Fashion Retail หรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับ Supervisor หรือมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Fashion, Retail โดยเฉพาะการดูแลร้านค้า Flagship Store หรือหลายสาขา
- มีความเข้าใจด้าน Visual Merchandising, Store Display, Product Zoning, Campaign, Seasonal, Brand Identity และการวางแผนพื้นที่ขาย
- สามารถนำข้อมูลด้านยอดขายและสต็อกสินค้ามาวิเคราะห์และประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัด Display เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขาย
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เข้าใจ Fashion Trends, Styling, Aesthetics และสามารถรักษาความสอดคล้องของภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD หรือโปรแกรมด้าน 3D Visualization ได้
- มีทักษะด้าน Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Coordination และ Problem-solving ที่ดี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการหลายโปรเจกต์ ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และประสานงานกับทีมภายในได้
