MERGE | Fashion Brand
Responsibilities:
- Define the creative direction and visual identity in line with the brand’s DNA.
- Develop mood boards and concept boards for campaigns, collections, and fashion content.
- Oversee styling direction, including wardrobe selection, accessories, and props.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, directors, makeup & hair stylists, and production teams.
- Lead and supervise photoshoots and video productions, ensuring consistency with the creative vision.
- Research and interpret global fashion trends to translate them into unique brand storytelling.
- Build a strong, recognizable, and innovative brand image across all channels (campaigns, social media, lookbooks, runway, PR events).
- Ensure cohesive visual storytelling and brand presence across platforms.
- Work closely with Marketing and PR teams to align creative concepts with business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Communication Arts, Art & Design, or Creative Direction (or related field).
- Minimum 1- 5 years of experience in Creative Direction, Fashion Art Direction, or Styling (portfolio required; experience in fashion brands or campaigns is a plus).
- Strong understanding of fashion brand DNA and the ability to translate it into a compelling visual language.
- Excellent sense of creativity, visual storytelling, and trend interpretation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A well-presented portfolio showcasing fashion creative direction and styling projects.
