TEENGUU | Sneakers
The Art Director leads Teenguu’s visual direction, transforming brand vision into impactful and consistent creative executions across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Visual Direction & Brand Identity
- Define and maintain the brand’s visual direction across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Develop and strengthen Teenguu’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all brand communications.
- Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring all visual outputs meet premium quality standards.
- Campaign & Content Production
- Lead photoshoots and video productions for collections, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Create mood boards, creative concepts, and visual storytelling directions.
- Manage photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and external creative partners.
- Oversee post-production to ensure all deliverables align with the creative vision.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Creative Content and Production teams.
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and Fashion – – Designer to execute brand strategies and campaigns.
- Quality Control & Innovation
- Review and approve all visual assets before publication.
- Ensure quality and consistency across photography, video, graphic design, packaging, and other brand materials.
- Stay up to date with global fashion, streetwear, and sneaker culture trends to continuously evolve the brand’s creative direction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Streetwear, Fashion, and Sneaker Culture.
- Experience directing professional photoshoots and creative productions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
Workplace: โครงการ Block 28X – Chula 5, Bangkok
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000THB (based on experience)
