หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- กำหนด Creative Direction และ Visual Identity ของแบรนด์ให้มีความชัดเจนและสม่ำเสมอ
- พัฒนา Concept และภาพรวมของ Product / Collection ร่วมกับทีม Fashion Designer
- กำกับทิศทาง Campaign, Key Visual, Lookbook, Styling, Photography, Video และ Social Media Content
- ดูแลคุณภาพงาน Creative ตั้งแต่ Concept, Production จนถึง Final Output
- พัฒนา Mood & Tone ของแบรนด์ให้สอดคล้องกันทั้ง Online, E-commerce, Retail และ Visual Merchandising
- ติดตาม Fashion, Lifestyle, Culture และ Social Media Trends เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาสินค้าและการสื่อสารของแบรนด์
- วิเคราะห์ Consumer Insight, Product Performance และ Feedback เพื่อนำมาพัฒนา Creative Direction
- กำกับ ให้ Feedback และพัฒนาทีม Fashion Design, Graphic และ Creative ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Merchandise, Marketing, Content, VM และ Production เพื่อผลักดันสินค้าและ Campaign ให้สามารถ Launch ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- บริหาร Creative Project และ Timeline ให้สามารถส่งมอบงานได้ตามคุณภาพและกำหนดเวลา
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Art Direction / Creative Direction / Fashion /Branding 5–8 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Campaign, Key Visual, Lookbook, Styling, Photography, Video และ Social Media Content
- เข้าใจ Fashion, Lifestyle, Branding และ Visual Communication สามารถกำหนด Mood & Tone และ Visual Direction ของแบรนด์ได้
- มี Creative Thinking และติดตาม Fashion, Culture และ Social Media Trends อยู่เสมอ
- มีประสบการณ์ บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Creative / Fashion / Graphic
- สามารถบริหาร Creative Project, Timeline และ Production ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- มี Portfolio ด้าน Art Direction / Fashion / Branding / Campaign จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
