We’re looking for someone who understands that a brand is felt before it’s seen, across every campaign, every touchpoint, every moment a customer walks into a boutique and something makes them pause.
The Role:
As Brand Creative Manager, you’ll lead the visual and creative expression of ANANTA across every channel and environment, from campaign launches to retail experience, from brand identity to cross-functional execution. You own the creative standard, and you set the direction.
What You’ll Own:
- Define and drive visual direction across all platforms and brand touchpoints Β
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, key brand moments, and product launchesΒ
- Lead and maintain the brand CI, brand book, and visual guidelinesΒ
- Oversee branding across product, PR, events, retail, and digital Β
- Ensure every customer-facing output reflects a cohesive, elevated brand experienceΒ
- Manage brand projects end-to-end, from concept through final execution Β·
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years in branding, creative direction, or design leadershipΒ
- A strong and considered point of view on brand-building across multiple touchpointsΒ
- The ability to lead from concept through execution, without losing the detail Β
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsΒ
- Sharp creative judgment, brand sensitivity, and a high standard for quality Β
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance brand ambition with business priorities
