ภาพรวมของงาน:
ดูแลทิศทางงานสร้างสรรค์ทั้งหมดของคงคา ไม่ใช่แค่การออกแบบสินค้า ตัดสินใจว่าเราจะทำงานแบบไหน ไม่ทำแบบไหน และงานของเราจะออกไปสู่สายตาคนอย่างไร ทำงานตรงกับเจ้าของบริษัท
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- ตัดสินใจว่าคงคาจะออกแบบไปทางไหน และออกคอลเลกชันใหม่ปีละ 1–2 ชุด
- เอางานเก่าของคงคามาทำใหม่ให้เข้ากับยุคนี้
- เลือกวัสดุและกำหนดคุณภาพงาน ร่วมกับช่าง
- ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ พอร์ตผลงาน และงานภาพทั้งหมด
- ออกแบบและนำเสนองานให้ลูกค้าโครงการใหญ่
- ทำงานร่วมกับศิลปินหรือสถาปนิก ปีละหนึ่งโปรเจกต์
- ดูแลการจัดโชว์รูม
- ดูแลทีมภาพและคอนเทนต์
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- ทำงานออกแบบมา 3 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยดูแลทีม
- มีพอร์ตผลงานที่เห็นสไตล์ของตัวเองชัด
- เคยทำงานกับช่าง หรืองานผลิตจริง ไม่ใช่แค่งานบนจอ
- สนใจงานฝีมือ วัสดุ และงานศิลปะจีน
- กล้าบอกตรงๆ ว่างานไหนใช่ งานไหนไม่ใช่

Kongka is a family business. For 48 years we have made Chinese mother-of-pearl inlaid furniture by hand. Carpenters, carvers, pearl specialists and lacquer craftsmen work in our factory every day. Job Overview:
You lead all creative direction at Kongka, not only product design. You decide what we make, what we don’t, and how our work is seen. You report directly to the owner.
What you’ll do:
- Decide Kongka’s design direction, and release 1–2 new collections a year
- Take our older work and make it fit today
- Choose materials and set the quality standard, together with our craftsmen
- Look after the brand, the portfolio and all our images
- Design and present work to large project clients
- Work with an artist or architect on one project a year
- Look after how the showroom is arranged
- Lead the photo and content team
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in design, and you have led a team
- A portfolio with a clear point of view of your own
- You have worked with craftsmen or real production, not only on screen
- You are interested in craft, materials and Chinese art
- You say plainly what works and what doesn’t
