Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design: Create and develop designs in line with the Endless Holiday brand identity, catering to the target customer base > ΰΈͺΰΈ£ΰΉΰΈ²ΰΈΰΉΰΈ₯ΰΈ°ΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈͺΰΈ΄ΰΈΰΈΰΉΰΈ²ΰΉΰΈΰΈ·ΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈΰΉΰΉΰΈ₯ΰΈ°ΰΈΰΈ§ΰΈ²ΰΈ‘ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈΉΰΈΰΈΰΉΰΈ²
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, merchandisers, and suppliers to develop samples, source materials, and determine costs > ΰΈΰΈ³ΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈΰΈ£ΰΉΰΈ§ΰΈ‘ΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΈΰΈ΅ΰΈ‘ΰΈΰΈ·ΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈͺΰΉΰΈ§ΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈ΄ΰΈ supplier ΰΈΰΈΆΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈ§ΰΈΰΈ’ΰΉΰΈ²ΰΈ ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈ΄ΰΈ
- Art Direction: Lead creative direction for photoshoots, marketing materials, and social media campaigns to ensure brand consistency > ΰΈΰΈΉΰΉΰΈ£ΰΈ·ΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΉΰΈ²ΰΈ’ΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈͺΰΈ³ΰΈ«ΰΈ£ΰΈ±ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈ₯ΰΈ°ΰΈΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΉΰΈ₯ΰΈΰΈΰΈ±ΰΉΰΈ
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed about current fashion trends and predict future styles to influence product development > ΰΈ§ΰΈ΄ΰΉΰΈΰΈ£ΰΈ²ΰΈ°ΰΈ«ΰΉΰΉΰΈΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈΰΉΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈ±ΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈ·ΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈ΄ΰΈΰΈͺΰΈ΄ΰΈΰΈΰΉΰΈ²ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈ
- Team Contribution: Participate in weekly and monthly meetings, providing insights and updates on design projects > ΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΉΰΈ§ΰΈ‘ΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈ£ΰΈ°ΰΈΰΈΈΰΈ‘ΰΉΰΈΰΈ·ΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈ£ΰΉΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈ‘ΰΈΉΰΈ₯ΰΉΰΈ₯ΰΈ°ΰΈΰΈ±ΰΈΰΉΰΈΰΈΰΈΰΈ²ΰΈ£ΰΈΰΈ₯ΰΈ΄ΰΈ
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in the fashion industry; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software. Google Suite, Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (a plus).
- Basic understanding of pattern-making and garment construction.
- Passion: Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and social media trends.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
