Key Responsibilities:
- Research global fashion, lifestyle, and streetwear trends to develop seasonal collections.Β
- Create concepts, mood boards, color stories, and product direction aligned with the brand vision.Β
- Design lifestyle apparel, footwear, bags, caps, and accessories that combine fashion, functionality, and commercial appeal.Β
- Prepare sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and product specifications.Β
- Select fabrics, trims, graphics, colors, and materials suitable for each collection.Β
- Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and suppliers throughout the product development process.Β
- Review prototypes, fittings, and samples to ensure design quality before mass production.Β
- Ensure products meet quality, costing, and timeline requirements.Β
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to continuously improve product offerings.Β
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.Β
- 2β5 years of experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Sportswear, or Apparel Design.Β
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.Β
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, materials, trims, and production processes.Β
- Excellent sense of fashion, color, silhouette, and commercial product design.Β
- Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, sneakers, sports culture, and current market trends.Β
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.Β
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.Β
- Portfolio is required.Β
