ALIS designs for women who carry quiet confidence. We are seeking a Creative Partner—a visionary who understands that true elegance doesn’t need to shout. At ALIS, we create for the woman of Soft Power: the leader, the entrepreneur, and the woman who seeks Effortless Elegance. You will be the creative soul of the brand, transforming Quiet Luxury into wearable masterpieces and compelling visual narratives.
What You Will Do:
- Design & Vision: Lead the creative direction for 2 curated collections per month, focusing on Modern Classic and Timeless Feminine aesthetics.
- Master of Materials: Source unique, high-end fabrics. Oversee the intricate details and silhouettes that define Quiet Luxury.
- Craftsmanship: Collaborate with our sample room to ensure impeccable tailoring and fit.
- Visual Narrative: Direct 1 professional photoshoot per month and take charge of final image curation to ensure a consistent, sophisticated aesthetic.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 50,000++ THB (Negotiable based on experience).
- Location: Ram Intra – Fashion Island area.
- Personalized Support: A Personal Assistant (PA) will handle all sourcing and admin tasks, so you can focus 100% on Pure Creation.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Expertise: 5-10 years in premium fashion with a deep understanding of tailoring and luxury branding.
- Visual Literacy: Proven experience in creative directing photoshoots and a sharp eye for photo curation.
- Aesthetic Alignment: You naturally live and breathe Quiet Power and Soft Power Femininity.
