TCG Design Studio is a drafting studio based in Thailand, creating construction documents for some of the most iconic luxury brands in the world — think Tiffany & Co., Hermès, and Vacheron Constantin. We handle the technical backbone of high-end retail spaces across the US, turning design visions into precise, build-ready documentation. Small team, big clients, global workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Produce construction documents for luxury retail tenant improvement projects (US market)
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and details in AutoCAD and 3D study model in SketchUp
- Process and work with point cloud data via ReCap
- Coordinate with senior drafters and project leads to meet milestone deadlines
- Incorporate redline markups and revisions accurately
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Recap, Sketchup, 3ds Max and Revit a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting fundamentals
- Good English reading comprehension (US project documentation)
- Fresh grads welcome — we’ll train the right person
* English is a must — this is an English-speaking position, the candidate should be reading US project documentation and communicating with the team in English daily.
Workplace: Waveplace Building 18th floor – Witthayu, Bangkok
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB/month
