Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Creative Vision
- Define and evolve the brand’s design language, aesthetic, and seasonal direction
- Create concepts that balance beauty, comfort, and functionality
- Lead mood boards, color palettes, print stories, and silhouettes
- Design Products That Feel as Good as They Look
- Design sleepwear and pajama collections with a deep focus on comfort, fit, and fabric
- Select and develop materials such as cotton, modal, bamboo, viscose, and blends
- Ensure designs translate seamlessly from concept to real, wearable products
- Own the Technical Side of Design
- Oversee fit, measurements, construction, and grading
- Create and review tech packs, specs, and sampling
- Work closely with factories to refine details and ensure quality at scale
- Collaborate & Build
- Partner with production, sourcing, and merchandising to balance creativity with cost and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaign visuals, lookbooks, and product storytelling
- Mentor and grow a small but talented design team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fashion or apparel design
- Strong background in technical garment design
- A refined eye for color, proportion, print, and detail
- Experienced with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Passionate about lifestyle, home, comfort, and design-led brands
Workplace: ThaPhra, Bangkok
Working Hours: 9Am-6PM (Office 1-3 days/week)
